Teachers and school leaders are key in this endeavour and, as such, VVOB's first consideration. Equity in education, and equity through education, is the guiding principle. Our HR Approach
VVOB’s mission and vision are central to our HR approach and fundamental to our recruitment, development and career programmes. We envision VVOB as an organisation where:

To ensure each staff member feels safe and respected and to guarantee the operationalisation of our integrity policy, VVOB has a proactive and reactive integrity system in place and has appointed a global focal point integrity and certified confidential counsellors in every country office, to ensure staff feel supported and empowered to discuss integrity related issues.
