Implementation of Blended Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators in Mpumalanga Province

This call for quotation focuses on the implementation of blended professional development for early childhood educators under the Funda Udlale Nathi (F.U.N.) project in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

• Description: VVOB in South Africa seeks CSO/RTO service providers to implement the Funda Udlale Nathi blended professional development model on Learning Through Play in 2026. Selected providers will deliver a full professional development timeline that includes in-person orientation sessions, support for online self-study on Moodle, professional learning community engagements, ongoing retention, engagement and motivation support and year-end reflection and celebration activities. 

  The assignment is divided into four lots, each corresponding to one district: Bohlabela, Ehlanzeni, Gert Sibande and Nkangala. Providers must reach a minimum of 300 participants per district and implement the programme according to the technical specifications outlined in Annex 1 of the call for quotations.
