VVOB's Journey of Promoting Effective School Leadership in Rwanda

This documentary film describes the journey of VVOB - education for development in promoting Effective School Leadership in Basic Education in Rwanda. 
With the support of VVOB through the School Leadership and Management Unit at Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB), important steps and achievements have been observed in promoting effective school leadership in Rwanda. These include but not limited to the development of evidence-based professional standards in effective school leadership, which describe the key roles, responsibilities, and required competences to be an effective school leader. These standards now serve as a framework for recruitment, assessment, and professional development of school leaders.
