Summary
This manual provides practical guidance for teachers and coordinators in Ecuador’s technical upper secondary education system on designing, planning, and managing institutional productive projects (proyectos institucionales productivos de jornada). Developed under the Programa de Educación y Formación Técnica y Profesional, it supports the implementation of competency-based technical education that connects classroom learning with productive and entrepreneurial activities.
