Summary
This manual provides step-by-step guidance for establishing and strengthening Comunidades Profesionales de Aprendizaje (CPA) for school leaders in Ecuador. Developed under the Programa de Educación y Formación Técnica y Profesional in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, it supports principals, vice-principals, and coordinators in leading collective learning processes that improve school management and teaching quality.
