Our Board of Directors & General Assembly

VVOB is governed by a Board of Directors and General Assembly. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors convenes the General Assembly at least once a year. Members have a casting vote and decide on issues such as the annual report, orientation towards the future, amendments to organisational policies and the appointment of the Board of Directors.
