Our Partners in Belgium

VVOB strengthens education through partnerships. In Belgium, we work inside existing structures with universities, teacher-education institutions, pedagogical services and civil society to learn with peers in Africa, Asia and South America and adapt what works for initial teacher education, teachers’ professional development and climate change education.

Our Approach to Partnerships

VVOB's approach to partnership in Belgium is grounded in trust, respect, and shared responsibility. We do not create parallel systems; instead, we work within and strengthen existing structures. Together with education institutions, we co-create solutions that focus on:

  • Mutual learning. Exchange flows both ways; Belgian partners both share and adopt practice.
  • Evidence-informed and practical. Outputs are designed to be taught, tested and refined.
  • Built to last. We invest in relationships and make it easy to reuse, translate and share materials.

Partner With Us

Working within systems and across borders helps good practice travel and stick—from a single course to whole programmes, and from one institution to many.

If you’re a teacher-education provider, pedagogical service, NGO or network and want to collaborate—or support this work—let’s talk.
